Note:
This is a completely newly completed apartment as part of a renovation project! As we are still in the trial phase, not everything is yet 100% complete or running smoothly. That is why we are currently offering the apartment at a special price. After the trial phase, the price will start at £95/night.

Please note that the terrace is currently only available for limited use as some work on the outdoor area is still pending. The terrace is generally available for your use; however, there may be restrictions in certain areas. We apologise for any inconvenience!

Our self-contained granny flat with separate entrance and private terrace, is located in the quiet district of Tiefenbach (Illertissen) and between the A7 motorway exits Illertissen (coming from the south) and Vöhringen (coming from the north) – the perfect starting point for trips to the Allgäu, Ulm or LEGOLAND Deutschland Resort.


The apartment (approx. 55 m²) offers:

• a spacious living room with a fold-away bed (1.40 × 2.00 m, full-size mattress) and a sofa bed,
• a separate bedroom with a double bed (1.80 × 2.00 m), air conditioning (can also be used as heating) and TV,
• a modern bathroom with a shower, toilet, towel heater and underfloor heating,
• washing machine/dryer in the hallway.

The fully equipped kitchen offers a refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishes and a Nespresso machine (Vertuo).

Two internet-enabled TVs (Waipu TV) provide entertainment.

The underfloor heating in the living area maintains a pleasant climate throughout the year.

You can enjoy relaxing hours outdoors on your own terrace (please note - 
see above).

Non-smoking apartment, pets on request.

You have the entire self-contained apartment, with a separate entrance and private terrace at your disposal.

A parking space is available in front of the house (subject to availability).

Further important information:

Only toilet paper may be disposed of in the toilet. Any other items (such as wet wipes, sanitary towels, tampons, condoms, etc.) will cause blockages and result in high repair costs, which will be charged to the user!
